Niya Summit puts more than 200 pre-screened founders and more than 50 investors in the same room for a single day, along with main stage sessions, sector breakout rooms, an expo floor, an all-day hackathon, and a startup pitch competition judged by investors. Attendees are traveling in from across the United States and Canada, and from Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Qatar.
The morning track, "Building for the Ummah," covers the market itself and how capital is moving into it. The afternoon track turns to a question every founder in the room is already wrestling with: what does it actually look like to run a company with AI agents doing real work inside it?
With "Running Your Business with AI Agents," Ahmed will speak from direct experience, since this is what Yobi builds and what Yobi runs on.

Ahmed's path runs from a childhood as an actor in Bangladesh, to Cornell University as a Milken Scholar, to aerospace engineering work at NASA, to founding and leading several companies before Yobi. He has spent years advocating for diversity in tech and for responsible AI development, and he serves on the boards of technology and innovation think tanks. For a room full of founders who are building products for their own communities while trying to reach mainstream capital, that combination of technical depth and lived experience is the point.
