Role Overview:
As a Brand Manager at Yobi, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy to build a strong, cohesive identity that resonates with our target audience. You will lead initiatives that enhance brand recognition, drive engagement, and establish Yobi as a leader in AI and UCaaS innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with Yobi's vision and goals.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate our offerings.
Visual Identity & Messaging:
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of visual and verbal brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency across all digital and print materials, including websites, social media, and promotional content.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute brand campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling content and storytelling initiatives.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to integrate brand strategies into overall business objectives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at events, conferences, and media engagements.
Performance Measurement:
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize brand initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within tech, SaaS, or AI sectors.
- Strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and visual design principles.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Proficiency with design and analytics tools is a plus.
