Role Overview:
As a Product Analyst at Yobi, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategy and evolution of our products. You'll leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimize product performance, and identify opportunities for growth. Working closely with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders, you will analyze user behavior, track key performance metrics, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance our AI and UCaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns related to user behavior and product performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into product metrics, KPIs, and market trends.
Market & Competitive Research:
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and feature development.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights that can drive innovation.
Product Performance Evaluation:
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B tests and experiments aimed at optimizing product features and user experience.
- Interpret data to measure the success of product initiatives, driving continuous improvement and iteration.
Strategic Recommendations:
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for product enhancements and business decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to prioritize features and initiatives based on data-driven insights.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to executives and team members.
- Serve as a key liaison between analytics, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment on goals and metrics.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis methods, and reporting tools to streamline decision-making processes.
- Advocate for data-driven culture within the organization by training team members on best practices in data analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, ideally within a tech, AI, or communications environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
