Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative at Yobi, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our innovative AI and SaaS solutions. You will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven presentations and proposals. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of SaaS and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify, research, and qualify new sales opportunities within target markets.
  • Utilize various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, social media) to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Client Engagement:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers by understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Yobi's AI and UCaaS solutions.

Sales Cycle Management:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial contact through negotiation and closing—while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to tailor solutions and address customer-specific requirements.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to continuously refine strategies and product positioning.

Revenue & Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing new business deals and expanding existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development initiatives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales tactics, improve customer engagement, and drive overall sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales within a SaaS, AI, or tech-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and unified communications is a strong advantage.
