Role Overview:

As the Social Media Manager at Yobi, you will craft and execute digital strategies to build our online brand presence, engage with our community, and drive product awareness. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our audience and highlight Yobi's innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Yobi's brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) that reflects our AI and UCaaS expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.

Community Engagement:

  • Build and nurture a vibrant online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering discussions.
  • Monitor social conversations, trends, and feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies.

Campaign Execution & Analytics:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising initiatives, to promote new products, events, and company updates.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using social media analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Brand Monitoring & Reputation Management:

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep Yobi's social media strategy competitive and responsive.
  • Manage the company's online reputation by promptly addressing issues and capitalizing on positive trends.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Yobi at the forefront of digital engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in tech, SaaS, or AI environments.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creative storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing digital landscapes.
