The Web Call Widget puts a voice-enabled AI agent directly on your website. When visitors click the widget, they can instantly talk to your AI agent without needing to call a phone number or leave your site.

Navigate to Web Call Settings

First, you'll need to find the Web Call settings in your Yobi dashboard to configure your widget.

Find the Menu

Look in your left sidebar menu for the "Web Call" option.

Click to Access

Click on "Web Call" to open the widget configuration page.

Configure Your Widget & Get Embed Code

Select which AI agent you want to connect to your website, then copy the generated embed code.

1. Select Your AI Agent

Use the "Agent to link to your Website" dropdown to choose which AI agent will handle the voice calls.

2. Copy the Generated Code

Once you select an agent, Yobi automatically generates a custom embed code. Click the "Copy" button.
