How to Forward 8x8 Calls to Yobi

Complete guide to forwarding your 8x8 phone system to Yobi AI agents

8x8 Work provides comprehensive call forwarding management for your extension. Configure basic forwarding from your Profile panel, or access advanced rules through account settings.

Setup Instructions

Access 8x8 Profile Panel

Open your Profile panel in the 8x8 Work interface. Under Voicemail setup, check the Call forwarding checkbox.

    Under Voicemail setup, check the Call forwarding checkbox.

    Select Destination

    From the dropdown menu, choose Other number to forward externally.

    Enter Yobi Number

    Enter your Yobi phone number as the forwarding destination.

    Confirm Setup

    A banner notification will appear while forwarding is active.
