How to Forward RingCentral Calls to Yobi
Configure call forwarding on RingCentral to route calls to Yobi AI agents
RingCentral provides multiple ways to configure call forwarding - through the desktop app, mobile app, or admin portal. Choose the method that works best for your workflow to redirect calls to Yobi AI agents.
Managing Call Forwarding in RingCentral Desktop & Web App

Open Settings
Click your profile picture or icon in the app, then select Settings.

Navigate to Call Forwarding
Go to Phone → Call Forwarding.

Configure Forwarding Rules
Choose when to forward calls and add your Yobi phone number as the destination.

Save Your Changes
Click Save to apply your forwarding settings.
Forwarding Options
You can set forwarding for all calls, missed calls only, or calls during specific times.
