How to Forward RingCentral Calls to Yobi

Complete guide to forwarding your RingCentral phone system to Yobi AI agents

You can set up call forwarding rules on your RingCentral extension to direct incoming calls to Yobi. These settings can be turned on manually, or automatically based on a set schedule.

Setup Instructions

Access RingCentral Settings

Click your profile picture at the top left of your RingCentral app, then navigate to Call rules to access forwarding settings.

    Open Call Rules

    Click your profile picture at the top left, then click Call rules.

    Enable Forward All Calls

    Click Forward all calls to enable the forwarding option.

    Select Forward Action

    Select Forward the call from the dropdown menu.

    Enter Yobi Number

    Enter your Yobi phone number in the destination field.

    Set Schedule (Optional)

    Optionally add a schedule for automatic forwarding during specific hours.

    Save Configuration

    Click the green Save button to activate your forwarding rules.

Important Considerations

Scheduled Forwarding

RingCentral allows you to set automatic forwarding schedules for after-hours, weekends, or holidays.

Manual Toggle

You can quickly enable or disable forwarding manually for temporary coverage during lunch breaks or meetings.

Test Your Setup

Always test your forwarding configuration by calling your RingCentral number from an external line to verify calls route to Yobi.
