Setting Up Call Forwarding
Access Your User Portal

Log In
Visit your User Portal and enter credentials, or go to verizon.com/signin and select "My Business".

Navigate to Settings
Click the Settings icon (gear) in the top right corner.

Find Call Forwarding
Select Calls from the left menu, then scroll to the Call Forward section.

Configure Forwarding
Choose your forwarding type (Always, Busy, or No Answer), toggle it ON, and enter your Yobi phone number.

Click Save to apply your settings.

For "No Answer" forwarding, you can control how many times your phone rings before calls go to Yobi.
