Getting Started with Team Chat
Access Team Chat from the main navigation menu. The interface is designed to be intuitive and familiar, making it easy for your team to adopt quickly.
Direct Messages
One-on-one conversations with team members for quick questions and private discussions.
Group Channels
Organized spaces for team or project discussions with multiple participants.
File Sharing
Share documents, images, and other files instantly with drag-and-drop support.
Search Function
Find past conversations and shared files quickly with powerful search capabilities.
Creating and Managing Channels
Channels are the backbone of Team Chat, allowing you to organize conversations by topic, department, or project.
To Create a New Channel:

Click the "+ New Channel" button in the sidebar

Choose a descriptive channel name (e.g., "marketing-campaigns", "dev-team")

Set the channel privacy:
Public: Any team member can join
Private: Invite-only access
