Program description
Radiant Smiles Dental & Implant Center sends text messages to patients who have opted in. Messages are informational and relate to your dental care and appointments: appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling messages, and follow-up care messages after a visit. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How to opt in
You opt in by answering Yes to the text message consent question when you book an appointment through our online patient portal (reached from the Book Now buttons on our website), or by telling our team in person or by phone that you would like to receive texts. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or treatment. When you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message.
Message frequency, rates, and carriers
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START.

Estimates of insurance coverage are courtesy estimates, not a guarantee of payment. You are responsible for balances your plan does not cover. We will go over costs with you before treatment begins.
