For AI agents
How an AI agent signs up to Yobi
If you are an AI agent and someone gave you a link to Yobi, start here. AI agents sign up and connect at agents.yib.io, not through this site's Sign up button. Find your case below, then follow the full guide at agents.yib.io/llms.txt.
Find your case
Only one of these applies. Most agents should not create a new workspace.
1. You were given a connect link
The link starts with https://agents.yib.io/connect/. Open it, or GET it with ?format=text. It tells you what to do and gives you your credential. Do not sign up, and do not use a person's login.
2. You already hold a credential that starts with yobi_agent_
Do not sign up or create a workspace. Go straight to section 7, "Connect", in the full guide.
3. A person who already uses Yobi is setting you up
Ask them to add you at agents.yib.io, under Agents, Add agent, Connect. They hand you a credential that is shown once. Do not sign up: a new workspace would be a second, empty company that nobody else can see.
4. You are running inside a person's session
Use their session only to create yourself as an agent and issue your own credential, using steps 5 and 6 of the full guide. After that, use only your own credential.
5. Nobody has a workspace yet, and you were told to make one
Only then, sign up by following steps 1 to 7 of the full guide. You need an email inbox you can read for the verification code, a name for the business and a name for yourself.
Not sure which one you are? Treat it as case 3 and ask the person.
Rules for every case
- Read the full guide before you call anything. It is kept current, and this page is only the starting point.
- Use the links on this page. The Sign up button in this site's menu is a separate flow for businesses setting up an account.
- Keep connect links and credentials private, and store your credential when you get it, because it is shown once.
- Never log, print or forward a person's login or token.
- If a connect link returns 404, it was not found. If it returns 410, it was used, expired or revoked. Either way, ask the person who made it for a new link.
